I'm Tenille, and like many women, I found myself exhausted at the end of the day but unable to switch off at night.
I'd fall into bed tired, only to spend the next hour scrolling, overthinking or lying awake with a busy mind.
I tried everything. Phone in another room. Sleep meditations. Melatonin. Some things helped a little, but I didn't want to rely on taking something every night. I needed a different approach.
When I started talking to friends and women around me, I realised I wasn't alone. I kept hearing the same story. Sleep becoming less predictable. Nights more disrupted. Life fuller and busier than ever.
That's when the idea for Lunara Flow began.
What I really wanted was a simple physical cue. Something my nervous system could settle into. A way to come back into my body at the end of the day.
Over many months, I researched traditional approaches to sleep and relaxation, worked with experienced Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioners, tested multiple prototypes and refined the design to create something that felt simple, comfortable and easy to use as part of a nightly ritual.
The result was The Calming Band, built around the SP6 acupoint, a point traditionally associated with sleep, calm and balance.
Our mission is simple: to help women reconnect with their natural rhythm of rest and balance through thoughtful rituals that support winding down at the end of the day.
Because when your nights feel more supported, your days begin to follow.
