1. Warranty Coverage
The Lunara Flow Calming Band is covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of original purchase. This warranty applies to the original purchaser only.
2. What's Not Covered
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.
3. Making a Claim
If you believe your device has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at support@lunaraflow.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will assess your claim and get back to you with next steps.
4. How We Resolve Claims
Where a claim is approved, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the nature of the issue and product availability at the time. We'll let you know which option applies to your claim once it's been assessed.
