1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within Australia only.
2. Shipping Rates
We offer the following Australia-wide shipping options:
- Orders under $100: Australia Post Standard is $10 and Australia Post Express is $15.
- Orders from $100 to $199.99: Australia Post Standard is free, with an Australia Post Express upgrade available for $5.
- Orders of $200 and over: Australia Post Standard and Australia Post Express are free.
All available shipping options and costs are displayed clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase.
3. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. During peak periods, promotions or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
- Australia Post Standard: approximately 3 to 7 business days after dispatch.
- Australia Post Express: approximately 1 to 4 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, including rural or remote areas.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
6. Incorrect Shipping Details
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Lunara Flow is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work with our shipping partners to resolve it quickly.
